Our MicroTight Unions are designed to easily connect capillary tubing together. They offer True ZDV (Zero Dead Volume) allowing two pieces of tubing to connect directly to each other using the included gauges and plugs to ensure proper alignment. This allows for an uninterrupted fluidic pathway.

Our PEEK Tees and Crosses are precisely designed to withstand environmental stresses in the high pressure regions of a system. It is manufactured from inert PEEK, which is delivers excellent chemical resistance. Featured are our PEEK MicroTees and Crosses that join capillary tubing together. PEEKsil™ tubing is mechanically strong and has ideal characteristics for sealing with polymer fittings. It is comprised of high quality fused silica sheathed by PEEK tubing giving it excellent chemical compatibility. We hold it to very tight manufacturing tolerances delivering reliability. It can be an excellent replacement for stainless steel, PEEK, or standard fused silica.

The PEEK Spiral Link coils simply expand and contract, allowing you to easily move your system components or even make equipment repairs whenever needed, without the inconvenience of breaking connections. Bulkhead Unions are optimally designed to directly thread through your equipment housing to connect internal tubing to the outside. Each union has unique 3/8-24 external threads and comes complete with a stainless steel nut and lock washer to hold it in place. It requires a 3/8 inches hole to mount. The recommended torque limit for these unions is 15 in.– lbs (1.7 N·m).

Our versatile Elbow Connectors are designed to easily navigate tight corners. One Elbow is designed for use with 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing and has a 0.020 inches (0.50 mm) thru-hole. Use 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing with the other Elbow, which has a 0.062 inches (1.6 mm) thru-hole. Complete with 1/4-28 PEEK nuts and ETFE ferrules and are pressure rated to 1,000 psi (69 bar) these connectors deliver excellent chemical resistance and are ideal for low pressure applications.
