Our Guard Hardware portfolio offers a variety of guard cartridges and holders to meet your system requirements. These include guards, guard holders, analytical cartridges, and tools designed to protect your system’s valuable columns and help ensure high performance and excellent retention time.

Our Sample Trap Columns are optimized for protein and peptide separation/purification. We offer these columns in conductive and nonconductive, packed and unpacked versions. They are ideal for separating and concentrating and/or purifying biological samples for mass spectrometer. The heart of the Sample Trap is a fused silica capillary column. Available phases for our capillary columns include a Reversed-Phase, High Carbon Load C18 5µm/300Å Spherical Silica material and a SCX (Strong Cation Exchange) 5µm/85Å material.

Our LiteTouch Fittings are specifically designed to effectively grip tubing at two compression points, holding to high pressures with Fingertight convenience. It also prevents polymer tubing from twisting, a potential problem when using standard Fingertight fittings. LiteTouch Fittings are available for use with 1/32 inches, 1/16 inches, or 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing sizes, and for 10-32 or 1/4-28 coned ports. To avoid collapsing the inner diameter of your tubing, the LiteTouch system can be used on hard tubing only, such as stainless steel and PEEK polymer tubing. The LiteTouch Ferrule System is not recommended for repeated use in plastic ports.

MicroTight One-Piece Fittings are uniquely designed for use with the NanoPort™ and MicroTight Unions, Adapters and Inline MicroFilters. Specifically made for 360 μm outer diameter tubing, 1/32 inches outer diameter tubing, or our MicroTight Tubing Sleeves these fittings ensure superior fingertight connections with capillary tubing. MicroTight Fittings withstand temperatures up to 125 °C. The MicroTight family also includes a female nut matched with one of five dedicated ferrules for connecting specific tubing outer diameters.

NanoTight Fittings are specifically designed to connect 70 μm–1 mm OD capillary tubing to any standard 10-32 coned port normally intended for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing using the NanoTight Tubing Sleeves. The fittings can also be used to connect any 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing. The Tefzel ®(TEFZEL® (ETFE)) ferrule material is softer than PEEK, making it a good candidate for connecting thin walled semi-rigid tubing such as Dupont® FEP and Tefzel ®(TEFZEL®) into 10-32 ports with minimal constricting to the inner diameter.

Our original One-Piece Fingertight Fittings offer the convenience of making a tubing connection without the need for wrenches or specialized tools when tightening the fitting into place. It is ideal for HPLC applications. Simply use your fingers to tighten the fitting into the receiving port! Our easy to use fittings are designed so that the ferrule will not stick in a receiving port and the fitting is more easily found if dropped. The fittings for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing and 10-32 coned ports are available in a variety of colors, materials and lengths to suit virtually every application.

Our PEEK Fittings are biocompatible and offers excellent chemical resistance. They are simple to use and an economical choice. These fittings are offered in a fingertight style making them easy to tighten. We offer fittings and ferrules for your convenience. We offer our PEEK fittings in one and two piece options.

Our PEEK Fittings with Knobs are biocompatible and offers excellent chemical resistance. We designed these fitting to be simple, economic, and easy-to-use. It comes in one and two piece options. The multi-colored knob is designed to allow for easy identification.

Stainless steel fittings remain the most popular fitting used on standard HPLC systems today, due to their high temperature resistance and high-pressure holding abilities. Our durable and strong 316 Stainless Steel Fittings are rated to 20,000 psi (1,380 bar) when wrench tightened. You can choose our Standard Fittings, or select from other manufacturer-compatible offerings.

Our Sure-Fit™ connector gives you a perfect fit in nearly every 10-32 coned receiving port consistently for every connection. The Sure-Fit connector has a unique internal spring-tensioned mechanism that automatically self-adjusts to virtually any port depth while maintaining constant pressure on the 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing. Sure-Fit™ are available with both PEEK tubing or stainless steel tubing, in varying lengths and internal diameters, pre-assembled for ease of use.

Our unique Two-Piece Fingertight Fittings feature a separate ferrule. With a two-piece design, you can replace just the ferrule instead of the entire unit, making these Fingertights more economical than the one-piece version. Use a standard knurled head fitting for traditional fingertight applications, or use a fitting with wings built into the head for extra tightening leverage. A stainless steel hex headed fitting can be used for applications where a wrench may be needed for added tightening torque.

The dual compression created by the specially designed nut and ferrule enables the SealTight Fittings system to outperform standard finger tightened fittings. The forward cone of the SealTight Ferrule provides gripping power and a leak-free seal via conventional compression by the receiving port. The slotted end creates the second compression zone in conjunction with a SealTight Nut. All SealTight Nuts are for use with 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing and are designed to be used with the F-192 Ferrule.

NanoPort Assemblies provide consistent fluid connections for chip-based analyses. Our unique design prevents adhesive contamination of the fluid path. Once attached, NanoPort connections can withstand pressures to 1,000 psi (69 bar).* NanoPorts will adhere to silicon, quartz, glass and some polymers. All NanoPort components are made of inert, biocompatible PEEK polymer (nuts and ports) and perfluoroelastomer (ferrules and gaskets). NanoPort connections add no additional volume to the fluid path, virtually eliminating dead volume traditionally associated with chip-based fluid connections.

The Aqueous degassing chambers offer the highest flow rates and efficiencies available. The silicone based degassing membrane is completely non-porous providing long life that will not clog over time with excessive amounts of water coming through the vacuum side like with porous based high flow products. Couple the degassing chamber with a vacuum control system to maintain stable vacuum levels for optimal degassing efficiency.

Debubblers utilize a porous Poridex membrane to rapidly clear bubblers from locations where bubble introduction cannot be avoided. When Poridex is used as a degassing transfer line tail it can also remove dissolved gases in locations where a standard degassing chamber won’t fit. Due to the porous nature of Poridex it can only be used with water based solutions without detergents or emulsifiers.
