Description

High Adaptability Interface Design

The P200 features top-panel external integration interfaces for I/O, Ethernet, WLAN, power supply, and signal lines when integrated into a superstructure. These interfaces connect the upper integrated components (IPC, PLC, battery, BMS module), allowing unified management, control, and distribution of signals and energy supply. This design ensures the P200 satisfies various inquiries over a significant area after transformation through integration.

Monolithic Structure Design

The P200 upper panel and component mounting positions are designed as an integrated structure, isolated from the power wheel and housing design. While ensuring that the core drive capability of the P200 will not be affected during maintenance or integration, it can meet the stable installation of the upper integrated structural components and the feasibility of connecting to each control key component during integration.

Multi-system Cooperative Control

P200 facilitates streamlined integration in the realm of basic AMR operating and dispatch systems. It connects with sensors, cobots, upper PLC, and other control systems during the integration process. The integrated control at the operating level alleviates the development workload for chassis interfaces with new components. Leveraging the standard P200 chassis, integration can be directly performed to meet specified functional requirements.
