PerfeCTa qPCR Reagents combine a stringent, ultrapure antibody hotstart with performance engineered DNA polymerase in stabilized 1-tube formulations optimized for the specific performance needs of real-time quantitative PCR. Proprietary additives help eliminate persistent bubbles to enable efficient vortex mixing and fewer technical replicates thereby conserving precious sample. Adaptive buffer chemistry accommodates most assay designs and can be used with existing assay designs. PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix reagents contain proprietary inhibitor-neutralizing additives that relieve several types of PCR inhibition ensuring reliable qPCR assay performance with clinical, plant or environmental specimens or complex food matix.

UltraPlex 1-Step ToughMix is a ready-to-use, 4X concentrated master mix 1-step reverse transcription and real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) of RNA templates using probe-based detection methods. First-strand cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification are carried out in the same tube without opening between steps. Optimized to deliver highly sensitive quantification of RNA viruses or low abundance RNA targets in uni- or highly multiplexed RNA detection assays, this reagent chemistry is optimized to deliver maximum assay sensitivity, precision and reproducibility with miniaturized reaction volumes and either conventional or accelerated thermal cycling protocols. UltraPlex 1-Step ToughMix contains all required components for RT-qPCR except RNA template and probe and is compatible with all dual-labeled probe chemistrie.

qScript XLT One-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix is a ready-to-use, highly sensitive master mix for reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) of RNA templates using hybridization probe detection chemistries such as TaqMan 5′-hydrolysis probes. First-strand cDNA synthesis and subsequent PCR amplification are carried out seamlessly in the same reaction mixture with optimized 1-step thermal cycling parameters.
This kit is ideal for highly sensitive quantification of RNA viruses or low abundance RNA targets as well as high throughput gene-expression studies. The system has been optimized to deliver maximum RT-PCR efficiency, sensitivity, and specificity in minimal reaction volumes and accelerated thermal cycling rates. The only necessary user-supplied materials for RT-qPCR is RNA sample and probe assay. It is compatible with all types of molecular probe assays including dual-labeling strategies.
Elevating cDNA synthesis reaction temperature to 50-55°C during one-step RT-qPCR improves primer annealing and disruption of RNA secondary structure that can interfere with cDNA synthesis.

PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix is a 2X concentrated ready-to-use reaction cocktail for PCR amplification of DNA templates that relieves several types of PCR inhibition commonly encountered with crude extracts, environmental specimens, plant tissues, animal tissues, and complex food matrices. This robust real-time qPCR reagent provides maximum sensitivity and PCR efficiency with a variety of fluorogenic probe chemistries, including TaqMan® hydrolysis probes. The only user-supplied components are primers, probe(s), and DNA template. Pre-blended with inert AccuVue plate loading dye to help minimize pipette errors during setup and provides visual confirmation of thorough mixing. A key component of PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix is an ultra pure, highly processive thermostable DNA polymerase that is combined with high avidity monoclonal antibodies. This proprietary polymerase mix is highly resistant to PCR inhibitors and provides an extremely stringent automatic hot-start allowing reaction assembly, and temporary storage, at room temperature prior to PCR amplification. PerfeCTa qPCR ToughMix delivers exceptional performance with either fast or conventional PCR cycling protocols. UNG containing versions are blended with Uracil N-glycosylase to eliminate potential post-PCR carryover contamination associated with routine molecular testing.

PerfeCTa SYBR® Green FastMix is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use reaction cocktail that contains all components, except primers and DNA template. This rigorously optimized master mix contains of proprietary buffer technology, stabilizers and AccuFast Taq DNA polymerase to deliver maximum assay precision, sensitivity, and PCR efficiency for accelerated or conventional thermal cycling conditions for SYBR Green detection. Dye-based detection methods are critically dependent on highly specific amplification because dsDNA dyes will bind to any amplicon, including off-target primer elongation and primer dimerization. AccuFast hot start Taq DNA polymerase contains a proprietary mixture of ultra-pure monoclonal antibodies that stringently suppress primer elongation prior to the initial PCR denaturation step and allows for setup and multi-day storage at ambient room temperature prior to thermal cycling. AccuFast provides rapid release of fully active enzyme to support accelerated thermal cycling conditions.
