We developed our Rotary Shear Valves in tandem with the evolution of HPLC offering solutions to the ever changing fluidics landscape. With the introduction of elevated system pressures, aggressive chemicals, and decreasing fluid volumes the need for highly precise fluid control and delivery is imperative. Today, many other disciplines use Rotary Shear Valves for their versatility, reliability, repeatability, and easy maintenance.
Available Models
Titan HP consists of an integrated driver/actuator and removable liquid end in a space-saving compact design. Our valves are available in multiple positions/port configurations for flow path switching, injection, and selection, and can incorporate a variety of materials for chemical and biocompatibility.
Our high pressure rotary shear valves are designed to repeatedly deliver specific fluids to different locations in a fluidic circuit. These high pressure valves are designed to deliver a pressure rating of up to 6000 psi (410 bar).

The design of this valve provides a small footprint. A unique patented Tubing Connection System eliminates the need for threaded nuts and ferrules for tubing retention and liquid sealing.

DuraLife® wear surfaces extends valve lifetime, which means reduced field service and more customer analysis time between replacements of the wetted surfaces. UltraLife™ wear surfaces are designed for use in very-high-pressure HPLC applications. Biocompatible wear surfaces are also available.
