Idex – Coned Fittings – NanoTight™ Fittings
NanoTight Fittings are specifically designed to connect 70 μm–1 mm OD capillary tubing to any standard 10-32 coned port normally intended for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing using the NanoTight Tubing Sleeves. The fittings can also be used to connect any 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing.
Description
The Tefzel ®(TEFZEL® (ETFE)) ferrule material is softer than PEEK, making it a good candidate for connecting thin walled semi-rigid tubing such as Dupont® FEP and Tefzel ®(TEFZEL®) into 10-32 ports with minimal constricting to the inner diameter.

Our Short NanoTight Fitting offers the best available option for connecting capillary tubing into standard 10-32 threaded, coned ports normally designed for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing. When combined with NanoTight® Tubing Sleeves, these fittings work with tubing outer diameters from 70µm to 1mm. The ferrule is made from softer Tefzel (ETFE) material allowing ease of connection. This also comes in a pack of 10 units.
