MicroTight One-Piece Fittings are uniquely designed for use with the NanoPort™ and MicroTight Unions, Adapters and Inline MicroFilters. Specifically made for 360 μm outer diameter tubing, 1/32 inches outer diameter tubing, or our MicroTight Tubing Sleeves these fittings ensure superior fingertight connections with capillary tubing. MicroTight Fittings withstand temperatures up to 125 °C. The MicroTight family also includes a female nut matched with one of five dedicated ferrules for connecting specific tubing outer diameters.

This MicroFerrule is part of our MicroTight family of fittings. These fittings are designed specifically for Capillary tubing. This naturally colored, PEEK ferrule is for a 1/32 inches outer diameter.

MicroTight Ferrule is part of a family of fittings which offer a unique system consisting of three different ferrules and a female nut. It is designed to use the applicable ferrule to connect tubing to our MicroTight connectors, such as MicroTees and MicroCrosses. This ALL PEEK ferrule delivers excellent chemical resistance. It has a 5/16-24 Coned port configuration and is either for 360µm outer diameter or 1/16 inches outer diameter.

Our versatile, MicroTight Ferrule is designed for use with 0.025″ tubing OD and MicroTight tubing sleeves. This unique fitting can withstand temperatures of up to 125° C. It is made from PEEK Polymer giving it excellent chemical resistance.

Our MicroTight Nut is designed specifically to work with NanoPort and MicroTight Unions, Adapters and Inline MicroFilters. Manufactured from biocompatible PEEK it offers excellent chemical resistance. It has a 6-32 Coned thread port configuration and is for use with 360 µm or 1/32 inches outer diameter tubing. It comes in headless or standard head styles and sometimes as a single unit or a pack of 10 units.

Our MiniTight Nut offers a uniquely designed, one-piece Fingertight-like design for use with microbore tubing in standard 10-32 ports. Made from chemically resistant PCTFE it delivers excellent thread strength. It a 10-32 port configurations and is for 510µm outer diameter tubing.
