Flangeless Fittings eliminate the need to flange tubing. This removable and reusable system provides several benefits such as providing flangeless chromatography fittings for observing mixtures and solvents. Flangeless Fittings are easy to use. Just slip the nut and ferrule over the tubing and finger tighten the assembly into your receiving port. Our Flangeless Fitting require minimal downtime because component replacement is quick, taking only a few seconds. Flangeless Fittings systems typically require only one new ferrule at minimal cost when repairing a connection.

Available Models

Our Flangeless Ferrules are excellent for connecting most rigid or semi-rigid tubes, including tubing manufactured from fluoropolymers (FEP, PFA, ETFE, ECTFE, etc.), PEEK, or stainless steel. They are easy to use and optimally eliminates the need to flange tubing.

This PEEK Flangeless Nut eliminates the need to flange tubing. The construction of this fitting ensures good pressure holding ability and long-term durability. It is designed for a Flat-Bottom port which is one of the most frequently used by equipment manufacturers.
