Column Saver Precolumn Filters offers a biocompatible and economical way to add a filter to your system. Packing Adapters are available for connecting hardware to high pressure column packing reservoirs. We also offer a variety of tools to assist with your column usage.

- Frit Cap Removal Tool
Packing Adapters are used to connect column hardware to high pressure column packing reservoirs. The adapters feature a three-piece threaded design for safe, easy replacement of the PEEK sealing ring. Modular packing adapters are available for inner diameters from 2.1 mm to 21.2 mm.

Our Column Saver Precolumn Filter is designed for maximum filtration of particulate matter with minimal dead volume or back pressure. It’s an economical solution to deliver the protection your column system needs. Our versatile precolumn filters are compatible with either stainless steel or PEEK tubing and provide universal connection compatible with all manufacturers’ fittings.

Our Frit Assemblies come with a specific outer diameter to match the inner diameter of the tube. Their thickness varies from 1/8 to 1/16 inch and they have multiple porosities from 0.5µm to 20µm. These assemblies are manufactured from biocompatible PEEK and stainless steel delivering excellent chemical resistance.
