With a memory capacity of 40,000 measurements the easy to use EBI 20 data loggers are suitable for the continuous documentation and monitoring of temperature. The ebro® food oil monitoring set comes with a handy sensing device with which you can determine the quality of various oil types. The measurement is performed directly in hot oil – e.g in the deep fat fryer. This helps in determining the oil temperature in ̊C and the oil quality in percent TPC (Total Polar Compounds). The PC value is a measure for thermaloxidative utilization factor of a frying oil.

The TFI 260 is perfect for fast food inspection of food. The bright background lighting of the display makes it possible to read the measured values even in the dark. The antislip handle and trigger for the measurement are optimal for the application.

Portability and rapidity are the two most important features of the infrared thermometer TFI 260 by ebro^®. In less than one second, the device measures the surface temperature of objects or goods – for example food – within a measuring range of -60 °C to +550 °C. Direct contact is not necessary, so the hand-held device can obtain exact results even from a distance. The infrared thermometer is therefore ideal for fast and smooth checks of incoming and outgoing goods, and is suitable for other applications.

The precision data loggers are available in different versions including temperature or temperature / pressure loggers with and without external probes. They record the temperature and pressure variation over time during the washer-disinfector or sterilizer process and can easily be read out on a computer using the Winlog.med software. This software will make the test evaluation easy, and automatically calculates the A0 value.
