    Flanged Fittings are and excellent choice for making flanged tubing conntections. They are compatible with most standard 1/4-28 or M6 Flat-Bottom ports. The hard, inert Delrin® (acetal resin) nut has been optimized to resist cross threading or loosening during use, while the TEFZEL™ (ETFE) nuts work well in chemically aggressive environments. Our fittings for 1/16 inches or 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing are supplied with a nut and a 316 stainless steel washer. There are multiple selections of head styles, materials, and colors to choose from.

Several versions are available, including our standard check valves, our non-metallic check valves, and even some specialized luer-based check valves. Check Valves are designed to effectively deliver a low cracking pressure. Most of our Check Valves connect directly to any 1/4-28 flat-bottom port. We created this unique design to eliminate the need for additional tubing cuts and connections to install traditional check valves. They accept fittings with 1/32 inches, 1/16 inches, 1/8 inches or 1.0 to 3.0 mm outer diameter tubing.

    Micro-Metering Valves consistently produce fine control of fluid flow rates. When used with a tee it can reduce outgoing flow to as low as 3.5 µL/min (@ 1 mL/min incoming flow rate with room temperature water). These needle valves are perfect for use with peristaltic pump fluid-transfer applications, mass spectrometry, and fraction collection. Micro-Metering Valves can also be used to regulate gas flow in helium sparging lines and as flow-dependent variable back pressure regulators. Flow path materials are PEEK polymer (valve body, needle) and PTFE (O-rings). The fittings included with the valves are manufactured from PEEK polymer only (10-32 threaded version) and PEEK and Tefzel® (1/4-28 threaded versions). All versions of these valves have 0.020 inches thru-holes.

The ideal placement of these valves is on the effluent side of the detector flow cell, at a maximum pressure of 800 psi (55 bar). Or select our high pressure graduated option that can withstand a maximum pressure of 4000psi (276 bar). Choose between 1/4-28 and 10-32 threaded versions. A 10-32 / 6-32 valve is also available to accommodate applications involving capillary tubing.

Our selection valves come conveniently in both manual standard and bulkhead-mount versions. They have a pressure rating of up to 1,000 psi (69 bar). We offer two versions – one for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing and another for 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing available in two configurations: standard manual and bulkhead-mountable manual.     Biocompatible Shut-Off Valves effectively stop a flow stream quickly. The bodies are manufactured from either PEEK™ or Tefzel® (ETFE) with a rotor, making them highly resistant to chemical attack. Try one of our ETFE valves, which turn at a low torque and hold to 500 psi (34.5 bar). The blue colorant used in some valve configurations has proven not to leach out with most common HPLC solvents. Connect semirigid polymer tubing, such as PEEK or Fluoropolymer e.g., FEP, PFA, with the Flangeless Fittings provided. Soft tubing, such as Pharmed® or Tygon®, may be connected to these valves using our 1/4-28 barbed adapters.
