The Stand Alone Degassers are designed for use alongside your fluidic system. Simply plug in the unit and route your fluids through the degasser for consistent gas free fluids.

The Mini Degassing Chambers provide degassing with long life and the widest range of chemical compatibility by using non-porous Systec AF. Couple the degassing chamber with a vacuum control system to maintain stable vacuum levels for optimal degassing efficiency.

The OEM line of degassing system products provide a complete open fame degasser ready to be integrated into your fluidic instrumentation. All OEM degassers utilize the non-porous Systec AF for the widest range of chemical compatibility and a lifetime that will last as long as the instrument. Each OEM system includes one or more degassing chambers and a vacuum control system.

The Preparative degassing chambers are designed for solvent HPLC based reagent compatibility and flow rates between 20-40ml/min. These chambers provide degassing with long life and the widest range of chemical compatibility by using non-porous Systec AF. Couple the degassing chamber with a vacuum control system to maintain stable vacuum levels for optimal degassing efficiency.

The Vacuum Control Systems are designed for use with any IDEX degassing chamber. The electronics are integrated and maintain precise vacuum levels for consistent error free degassing. The electronics are integrated for into the pump for the smallest form factor plug and play operation possible. Choose the “Prep” version of the pump for use with water based or high flow applications. Choose the “Analytical” version for low flow applications. The pumps are available with side mount or bottom mount screw holes.

Our uniquely designed Bottom-of-the-Bottle Filters effectively protect your system by filtering out particulate matter that my otherwise damage expensive hardware. Our durable stainless steel specifically designed to allow solvents to be drawn from within 1/8 inches of the bottom of your bottle. Our UHMWPE version allows tubing to pass through to the bottom of the filter cup, enabling the filter to draw solvent from within 0.10 inches (2.5 mm) of the bottom of your solvent bottle. This widely known and durable polymer is an economical choice. Our PEEK version is biocompatible and includes two built-in PEEK frits. Our PEEK frit (2 μm or 10 μm) will draw solvents from within 0.080 inches (2.0 mm) of the bottom of the solvent bottle. The 2μm frit on the side may be used for a 1/8 inches outer diameter helium sparging line.

Our economical, replacement Filter Cups are made of durable stainless steel and are for use with Bottom-of-the-Bottle™ filter assemblies. Our easy to use cups have come with a porosity of 10µm and 2µm and are designed for use with the A-550 and A-522 Filter assemblies.

Our Filter Fittings are designed to be used for different applications. Our Inline MicroFilter End-Fitting comes with a PEEK Frit. Our fitting helps to protect your column from particles produced in the sample phase or from pump seal and sample injection valve wear. Filter End Fittings are made of biocompatible PEEK giving it excellent chemical resistance.

We offer general use, preparative and specialized versions of Inlet Solvent Filters for many applications. Our filters come in stainless steel and polymer versions for excellent chemical compatibility. We provide a wide selection of porosities and materials to meet your system requirements.

Our Inline Filters are specially engineered for inline filtration. It is specifically designed to help prevent particulate contamination from clogging sensitive equipment. It is ideally suited for placement along the flow path line between the pump and injection valve/autosampler. We offer a variety of porosities for your application.

Our Inline MicroFilters effectively protect your column from particles originating in the mobile phase or sample, or from pump seal and sample injection valve wear. We offer these filter with 100% biocompatible PEEK polymer options. It delivers a miniscule 240nL void volume. Two versions are available; direct connect 1/32 inches outed diameter tubing or use MicroTight® tubing sleeves for 70–520μm outer diameter capillary tubing.

Mini MicroFilters deliver effective filtration with internal volumes low enough to ensure reliable chromatographic results — even at nanoliter per minute flow rates! Internal volumes of these encapsulated filters are as low as 85 nL with the micro-screen and 10 nL to 22 nL with the frit disc option. A MiniMicro Filter provides cost effective insurance against column damage.

Our economical Precolumn Filters offer secure protection for analytical columns in HPLC and UHPLC. We offer traditional versions that can successfully connect tubing on both sides and our direct-connect versions attach to the inlet port of most standard columns. All versions feature a 10-32 coned ports for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing.

Precolumn MicroFilters are specifically designed to directly connect into your microbore or analytical column. Total theoretical void volume is only 0.5 μL (includes frit volume) and the PEEK tubing used in the assembly of these units has a 0.005” (125 μm) ID, virtually eliminating any mixing of the sample with the mobile phase.

Biocompatible Semi-Prep Filters consist of a stainless steel body, two PEEK end fittings, and a separate PEEK frit. These filters are ideal for many higher flow analytical, semi-prep and preparative applications. Best of all, if the filter becomes clogged, simply unscrew the assembly, remove the frit and replace it. The frits are interchangeable.
