In many applications, there is a need to limit the fluid flow to one direction. Check valves are the perfect solution for this need. Several versions are available, including our standard check valves, our non-metallic check valves, and even some specialized luer-based check valves. Check Valves are designed to effectively deliver a low cracking pressure. Most of our Check Valves connect directly to any 1/4-28 flat-bottom port. We created this unique design to eliminate the need for additional tubing cuts and connections to install traditional check valves. They accept fittings with 1/32 inches, 1/16 inches, 1/8 inches or 1.0 to 3.0 mm outer diameter tubing.

Many Injection Valves are biocompatible inert and deliver a low swept volume. Their unique design allows for minimal dispersion. Our injection valves come conveniently in both manual standard and bulkhead-mount versions. It comes with an easy to use Injection Port Adapter too. Injection Valves feature easy, external sample loop customization. Simply clean-cut a piece of tubing that represents the volume of sample you wish to inject, taking into account the port-to-port volume of the valve.

Micro-Metering Valves consistently produce fine control of fluid flow rates. When used with a tee it can reduce outgoing flow to as low as 3.5 µL/min (@ 1 mL/min incoming flow rate with room temperature water). These needle valves are perfect for use with peristaltic pump fluid-transfer applications, mass spectrometry, and fraction collection. Micro-Metering Valves can also be used to regulate gas flow in helium sparging lines and as flow-dependent variable back pressure regulators. Flow path materials are PEEK polymer (valve body, needle) and PTFE (O-rings). The fittings included with the valves are manufactured from PEEK polymer only (10-32 threaded version) and PEEK and Tefzel® (1/4-28 threaded versions). All versions of these valves have 0.020 inches thru-holes.

Our Micro-Splitter Valves are ideal for LC-MS and other multi-detector systems, fraction collectors and post column reactions. The ideal placement of these valves is on the effluent side of the detector flow cell, at a maximum pressure of 800 psi (55 bar). Or select our high pressure graduated option that can withstand a maximum pressure of 4000psi (276 bar). Choose between 1/4-28 and 10-32 threaded versions. A 10-32 / 6-32 valve is also available to accommodate applications involving capillary tubing.

Our Selection Valves are biocompatible & inert and deliver a low swept volume. Their unique design allows for minimal dispersion. Our selection valves come conveniently in both manual standard and bulkhead-mount versions. They have a pressure rating of up to 1,000 psi (69 bar). We offer two versions – one for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing and another for 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing available in two configurations: standard manual and bulkhead-mountable manual. A valve mounting bracket is available to secure the bulkhead-mount versions to a lab bench or counter surface.

Biocompatible Shut-Off Valves effectively stop a flow stream quickly. The bodies are manufactured from either PEEK™ or Tefzel® (ETFE) with a rotor, making them highly resistant to chemical attack. Try one of our ETFE valves, which turn at a low torque and hold to 500 psi (34.5 bar). The blue colorant used in some valve configurations has proven not to leach out with most common HPLC solvents. Connect semirigid polymer tubing, such as PEEK or Fluoropolymer e.g., FEP, PFA, with the Flangeless Fittings provided. Soft tubing, such as Pharmed® or Tygon®, may be connected to these valves using our 1/4-28 barbed adapters.

Our Connector accessories are designed to supply products that are useful for your connection needs. We offer a disposable Luer-Lock Syringe that can be easily with our Adapters. We also offer mounting brackets to be used with our unions.

Our Fittings accessories are designed to supply products that are useful for your fittings needs. We offer a Plastic Box for sorting your fittings offering a way to effectively organize your fittings. We also offer an elbow tubing holder designed to hold tubing in place.

Our Fittings Tools are designed to assist you with your connections. Our Extender Tools are excellent choices to aid it the imperative tightening process. can be used to tighten most of our knurled nuts in hard to reach places. For precise tightening, the extender tools listed with 1/4 inches hex drives are designed to adapt to any torque wrench with a female 1/4 inches socket, such as the VHP-4000 Torque Driver. Our durable wrenches are slotted to fit over 1/16 inches and 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing, and have 1/4 inches and 5/16 inches internal hex ends. Our wrench is designed to engage with the heads of the hex-head fittings most commonly used with our valves and stainless steel fittings. For your convenience, we offer wrenches in three easy to use standard sizes. Our tools also feature FlushNut™ wrenches, used to tighten the FlushNuts. Our Removal Tools are specifically designed to detach LiteTouch® and Super Flangeless™ Ferrules from tubing. Simply slide the appropriate tool blade slot between the lock ring and the ferrule body. With a slight twist, the ring will pop off, releasing the ferrule from the tubing. Please Note: This Removal Tool will not work with the LT-135 Ferrule System.

Large Bore Flangeless Fittings eliminate the need to flange tubing. This removable and reusable system provides several benefits. Flangeless Fittings are easy to use. Just slip the nut and ferrule over the tubing and finger tighten the assembly into your receiving port. Our Large Bore Flangeless Fittings are specifically designed to work with 5/16-24 & ½-20 threaded fittings. Flangeless Fitting require minimal downtime because component replacement is quick, taking only a few seconds. Flangeless Fittings system typically requires only one new ferrule at minimal cost when repairing a connection.

Our Assorted Fittings Kits are manufactured as money saving option for your fluidic fittings needs. Our kits range from our Super Kit – which contains a solid collection of many products you’ll use to accessorize your systems – to more specialized kits like our FIA kit, offering products designed to help you with flow injection analyses. Our PEEK Fittings Kits are manufactured from biocompatible PEEK giving them excellent chemical resistance. They are intended for use with M4 threaded ports. They come equipped with a fitting and plug for your convenience.

Our Manufacturer Specific Fittings Kits are optimal for use with legacy HPLC systems. They are customized for specific manufacturers’ systems. Our numerous kits contain a variety of fittings and accessories that have been selected for use with for the unique needs of each manufacturer specifications still in use today. Some of these are Beckman, Hewlett Packard, Varian and many others.

Our Caps are offered in biocompatible PEEK or Tefzel® (ETFE) giving them excellent chemical resistance. Our caps are designed to effectively cap and seal off tubing.

Our unique tubing cutters allow you to cut polymer tubing to your specific length ensuring burr free ends and providing zero dead volume connections. Our precision cutters for fused silica tubing ensures clean, trouble free cutting of fused silica tubing. We also offer a unique tubing awl to help when you are working with barbed fittings.
